I have a question about shipping costs.

We strive to send you your order in one shipment. If, for example, due to the different delivery times of individual manufacturers, partial deliveries are made, the additional costs are at our expense. Within Germany and to Austria we ship from an order value of € 50,- free of charge. The shipment abroad is calculated individually. For more information, please see our shipping cost overview.


I have a question about delivery times.

The indication of the respective delivery time can be found directly within each product listing once you've selected a specific item. These are empirical values ​​for which deviations can occur in individual cases. If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days within Germany, shipment overseas might be a bit longer. I have a question about an exchange or return of an item I've received.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations you have the right of returning it as a private customer. Should the product be defective, you have the choice between a replacement product or to simply return it. After checking the items you have returned, you will be refunded or the replacement sent out. For more details, please see our return policy and revocation right.
