Shipping Damage & Complaints
We will carefully pack your items for shipment. Unfortunately, production errors or transport damages can still occur. We therefore ask you to thoroughly check your order to assess completeness and integrity immediately upon receiving the items.
If you find any damages, defects or an incorrect item, please let us apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com and send us pictures of the damaged goods and the packaging. We will then take care of your claim immediately (see also Exchanges / Returns).
